調節閥故障原因分析,采取適當的處理、改(gai)進(jin)辦(ban)法(fa),將(jiang)大(da)大(da)提(ti)高(gao)調(tiao)節(jie)閥(fa)的(de)利(li)用(yong)率(lv),降(jiang)低(di)儀(yi)表(biao)故(gu)障(zhang)率(lv),對(dui)流(liu)程(cheng)工(gong)藝(yi)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)效(xiao)率(lv)和(he)經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi)的(de)提(ti)高(gao)以(yi)及(ji)能(neng)源(yuan)消(xiao)耗(hao)的(de)降(jiang)低(di)都(dou)有(you)著(zhe)重(zhong)要(yao)作(zuo)用(yong),可(ke)有(you)效(xiao)提(ti)高(gao)調(tiao)節(jie)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)質(zhi)量(liang),從(cong)而(er)確(que)保(bao)生(sheng)產(chan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)長(chang)周(zhou)期(qi)運(yun)行(xing)。
在(zai)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)程(cheng)度(du)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)化(hua)工(gong)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong),調(tiao)節(jie)閥(fa)作(zuo)為(wei)自(zi)動(dong)調(tiao)節(jie)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)終(zhong)端(duan)執(zhi)行(xing)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),接(jie)受(shou)控(kong)製(zhi)信(xin)號(hao)實(shi)現(xian)對(dui)化(hua)工(gong)流(liu)程(cheng)的(de)調(tiao)節(jie)。它(ta)的(de)動(dong)作(zuo)靈(ling)敏(min)度(du)直(zhi)接(jie)關(guan)係(xi)著(zhe)調(tiao)節(jie)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)。據(ju)現(xian)場(chang)實(shi)際(ji)統(tong)計(ji)有(you)70%左右的故障出自調節閥。因此在日常維護中總結分析影響調節閥安全運行的因素及其對策。
1.調節閥卡堵
調節閥經常出現的問題是卡堵,常出現在新投運係統和大修投運初期,由於管道內焊渣、鐵鏽等在節流口、導向部位造成堵塞使介質流通不暢,或調節閥檢修中填料過緊,造成摩擦力增大,導致小信號不動作大信號動作過頭的現象。
故障處理:可迅速開、guanfuxianhuotiaojiefa,rangzangwucongfuxianhuotiaojiefachubeijiezhichongpao。lingyibanfayongguanqianjiajinfagan,zaiwaijiaxinhaoyaliqingkuangxia,zhengfanyonglixuandongfagan,rangfaxinshanguokachu。ruobunengzezengjiaqiyuanyalizengjiaqudonggonglvfanfushangxiayidongjici,jikejiejuewenti。ruruorengbudongzuo,zexujietichuli。
2.泄漏
①閥內漏,閥杆長短不適。氣開閥,閥杆太長閥杆向上的(或向下)的de距ju離li不bu夠gou,造zao成cheng閥fa芯xin和he閥fa座zuo之zhi間jian有you空kong隙xi,不bu能neng充chong分fen接jie觸chu,導dao致zhi關guan不bu嚴yan而er內nei漏lou。同tong樣yang氣qi關guan閥fa閥fa杆gan太tai短duan,導dao致zhi閥fa芯xin和he閥fa座zuo之zhi間jian有you空kong隙xi,不bu能neng充chong分fen接jie觸chu,導dao致zhi關guan不bu嚴yan而er內nei漏lou。
解決辦法:應縮短(或延長)調節閥閥杆使調節閥長度合適,使其不再內漏。
②填(tian)料(liao)泄(xie)漏(lou)。填(tian)料(liao)裝(zhuang)入(ru)填(tian)料(liao)函(han)以(yi)後(hou),經(jing)壓(ya)蓋(gai)對(dui)其(qi)施(shi)加(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)壓(ya)力(li)。由(you)於(yu)填(tian)料(liao)的(de)塑(su)性(xing),使(shi)其(qi)產(chan)生(sheng)徑(jing)向(xiang)力(li),並(bing)與(yu)閥(fa)杆(gan)緊(jin)密(mi)接(jie)觸(chu),但(dan)這(zhe)種(zhong)接(jie)觸(chu)是(shi)並(bing)不(bu)是(shi)非(fei)常(chang)均(jun)勻(yun)的(de)。有(you)些(xie)部(bu)位(wei)接(jie)觸(chu)的(de)鬆(song),有(you)些(xie)部(bu)位(wei)接(jie)觸(chu)的(de)緊(jin),甚(shen)至(zhi)有(you)些(xie)部(bu)位(wei)沒(mei)有(you)接(jie)觸(chu)上(shang)。調(tiao)節(jie)閥(fa)在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),閥(fa)杆(gan)同(tong)填(tian)料(liao)之(zhi)間(jian)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhe)相(xiang)對(dui)運(yun)動(dong),這(zhe)個(ge)運(yun)動(dong)叫(jiao)軸(zhou)向(xiang)運(yun)動(dong)。在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),隨(sui)著(zhe)高(gao)溫(wen)、高gao壓ya和he滲shen透tou性xing強qiang的de流liu體ti介jie質zhi的de影ying響xiang,調tiao節jie閥fa填tian料liao函han也ye是shi發fa生sheng泄xie漏lou現xian象xiang較jiao多duo的de部bu位wei。造zao成cheng填tian料liao泄xie漏lou的de主zhu要yao原yuan因yin是shi界jie麵mian泄xie漏lou,對dui於yu紡fang織zhi填tian料liao還hai會hui出chu現xian滲shen漏lou(壓力介質沿著填料纖維之間的微小縫隙向外泄漏)。閥(fa)杆(gan)與(yu)填(tian)料(liao)間(jian)的(de)界(jie)麵(mian)泄(xie)漏(lou)是(shi)由(you)於(yu)填(tian)料(liao)接(jie)觸(chu)壓(ya)力(li)的(de)逐(zhu)漸(jian)衰(shuai)減(jian),填(tian)料(liao)自(zi)身(shen)老(lao)化(hua)等(deng)原(yuan)因(yin)引(yin)起(qi)的(de),這(zhe)時(shi)壓(ya)力(li)介(jie)質(zhi)就(jiu)會(hui)沿(yan)著(zhe)填(tian)料(liao)與(yu)閥(fa)杆(gan)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)接(jie)觸(chu)間(jian)隙(xi)向(xiang)外(wai)泄(xie)漏(lou)。
解決對策:為使填料裝入方便,在填料函頂端倒角,在填料函底部放置耐衝蝕的間隙較小的金屬保護環(與填料的接觸麵不能為斜麵),yifangzhitianliaobeijiezhiyalituichu。tianliaohangebuyutianliaojiechubufendejinshubiaomianyaojingjiagong,yitigaobiaomianguangjiedu,jianshaotianliaomosun。tianliaoxuanyongrouxingshimo,yinqijuyouqimixinghao,mocalixiao,changqishiyonghoubianhuaxiao,mosundeshaosunxiao,weixiurongyi,yagailuoshuanzhongxinningjinhoumocalibufashengbianhua,naiyaxinghenairexinglianghao,bushouneibujiezhideqinshi,yufaganhetianliaohanneibujiechudejinshubufashengdianshihuofushi。zheyang,youxiaodibaohulefagantianliaohandemifeng,baozhengletianliaodemifengdekekaoxinghechangqixing。
③閥芯、閥座變形泄漏。芯、閥fa座zuo泄xie漏lou的de主zhu要yao原yuan因yin是shi由you於yu調tiao節jie閥fa生sheng產chan過guo程cheng中zhong的de鑄zhu造zao或huo鍛duan造zao缺que陷xian可ke導dao致zhi腐fu蝕shi的de加jia強qiang。而er腐fu蝕shi介jie質zhi的de通tong過guo,流liu體ti介jie質zhi的de衝chong刷shua也ye可ke造zao成cheng調tiao節jie閥fa的de泄xie漏lou。腐fu蝕shi主zhu要yao以yi侵qin蝕shi或huo氣qi蝕shi的de形xing式shi存cun在zai。當dang腐fu蝕shi性xing介jie質zhi在zai通tong過guo調tiao節jie閥fa時shi,便bian會hui產chan生sheng對dui閥fa芯xin、閥座材料的侵蝕和衝擊使閥芯、閥座成橢圓形或其他形狀,隨著時間的推移,導致閥芯、閥座不配套,存在間隙,關不嚴發生泄漏。
解決方法:關鍵把好閥芯、閥座的材質的選型關、質量關。選擇耐腐蝕材料,對麻點、沙眼等缺陷的產品堅決剔除。若閥芯、閥座變形不太嚴重,可經過細砂紙研磨,消除痕跡,提高密封光潔度,以提高密封性能。若損壞嚴重,則應重新更換新閥。
