儀表自動化就是利用科技將入工儀表改進成自動化儀表,在(zai)實(shi)際(ji)使(shi)用(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),既(ji)避(bi)免(mian)了(le)人(ren)工(gong)操(cao)作(zuo)失(shi)誤(wu),又(you)能(neng)節(jie)約(yue)人(ren)力(li)消(xiao)耗(hao)的(de)成(cheng)本(ben)。但(dan)是(shi),人(ren)們(men)在(zai)日(ri)常(chang)的(de)儀(yi)表(biao)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)也(ye)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian)諸(zhu)多(duo)的(de)問(wen)題(ti),這(zhe)些(xie)問(wen)題(ti)不(bu)但(dan)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)利(li)益(yi)損(sun)失(shi),整(zheng)個(ge)企(qi)業(ye)也(ye)會(hui)因(yin)為(wei)儀(yi)器(qi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)損(sun)壞(huai)而(er)無(wu)法(fa)進(jin)行(xing)正(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)作(zuo)。當(dang)前(qian)化(hua)工(gong)儀(yi)表(biao)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)設(she)備(bei)較(jiao)複(fu)雜(za)多(duo)變(bian),為(wei)其(qi)維(wei)護(hu)工(gong)作(zuo)增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)難(nan)度(du),若(ruo)設(she)備(bei)維(wei)護(hu)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)開(kai)展(zhan)缺(que)乏(fa)技(ji)術(shu)性(xing)及(ji)時(shi)效(xiao)性(xing),將(jiang)會(hui)進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)觸(chu)發(fa)故(gu)障(zhang)突(tu)發(fa)及(ji)其(qi)故(gu)障(zhang)原(yuan)因(yin)的(de)頻(pin)率(lv),因(yin)此(ci),必(bi)須(xu)提(ti)高(gao)儀(yi)表(biao)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)監(jian)控(kong)及(ji)維(wei)護(hu)水(shui)平(ping),才(cai)能(neng)提(ti)高(gao)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)率(lv)社(she)會(hui)效(xiao)率(lv)。
1 設備故障產生原因
1.1 儀表自動化的故障
1.1.1 流(liu)量(liang)控(kong)製(zhi)錯(cuo)誤(wu)。針(zhen)對(dui)於(yu)檢(jian)查(zha)儀(yi)設(she)備(bei)進(jin)行(xing)流(liu)量(liang)的(de)監(jian)控(kong),在(zai)處(chu)理(li)與(yu)分(fen)析(xi)其(qi)流(liu)量(liang)指(zhi)示(shi),如(ru)果(guo)流(liu)量(liang)指(zhi)示(shi)偏(pian)於(yu)或(huo)低(di)於(yu)正(zheng)常(chang)流(liu)量(liang)控(kong)製(zhi)水(shui)平(ping)時(shi),會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)流(liu)量(liang)控(kong)製(zhi)儀(yi)表(biao)流(liu)量(liang)指(zhi)示(shi)值(zhi)的(de)波(bo)動(dong)較(jiao)大(da),對(dui)儀(yi)表(biao)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)設(she)備(bei)的(de)功(gong)能(neng)使(shi)用(yong)產(chan)生(sheng)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。

1.2 儀表自動化故障產生原因分析
針對其一的問題,經過分析發現與係統壓力、導管堵塞、變送器正壓室泄漏及流量計齒輪卡死等,另外,儀表控製參數PID不匹配及工藝操作不適當等,這些問題是導致設備引發的原因。對於其二的問題,多半與儀表負遷量、液麵控製容量過大及工藝係統操作問題等原因造成儀表自動化出現頻繁波動。
2 故障檢測方法
2.1 傳統故障檢測
當自動化設備出現故障時,維修人員可通過傳統觀察、詢問、觸(chu)摸(mo)等(deng)方(fang)式(shi)檢(jian)查(zha)設(she)備(bei)故(gu)障(zhang),針(zhen)對(dui)儀(yi)表(biao)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)故(gu)障(zhang)發(fa)生(sheng)的(de)前(qian)後(hou)工(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)要(yao)切(qie)實(shi)了(le)解(jie)清(qing)楚(chu)。另(ling)外(wai),通(tong)過(guo)切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)方(fang)式(shi)觀(guan)察(cha)設(she)備(bei)內(nei)部(bu)元(yuan)器(qi)件(jian)及(ji)接(jie)線(xian)端(duan)子(zi)是(shi)否(fou)變(bian)形(xing)、燒焦及鬆動,通過初步的觀察分析儀表自動化設備的具體故障原因。
2.2 勁儀及HART信號發生器設備檢測

3.2 生命周期的維護
